Jeff Engholm is a rising artist who is releasing his first solo album in twenty years! Having always had a natural affinity for music and songwriting, Jeff Engholm honed his craft over the years to become the artist that he is today.
Although he receives creative inspiration from a number of styles, Jeff Engholm combines a variety of compositional elements to form his unique sound. On his latest album, Jeff performs most of the instrumentation himself in addition to delivering the vocals. He describes the album as being “about riding life on worn tires”.
Our featured album, ‘Little Big Things’ by Jeff Engholm, is out June 18th and will be available to stream on all major streaming platforms! The album consists of twelve tracks.
Although ‘Little Big Things’ is technically grouped under one genre classification, each track delivers a diverse range of compositional elements that showcase Jeff Engholm’s songwriting talent; from the melodic acoustic progression, rhythmic percussion, foundational bass and soulful lead electric that amalgamate to form the perfect platform for the stylistic vocal line of ‘I Can’t Look At You’, the ambient wind element, seamlessly synchronized lyricism and creative layering of harmonized backing vocals in ‘Bluefin Bay’, to the powerful electric guitar, upbeat instrumental vibe and catchy hook of ‘Wake Up With You’.
